About me.
(resume here)
Here is a little more about me.
My award-winning professional career spans over 15 years in advertising, marketing, and media.
Born and raised in the South, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Savannah College of Art and Design and moved to New York in 2004 to work as a designer and art director. First, I landed design internships at EyeCity.com and MTV Networks. Then, I moved on to work alongside talented Creative Directors at world-class agencies, Y&R and Deutsch. By 2006 I had joined the marketing department at NBCUniversal and began climbing the ranks. I created and executed brand creative for Peacock, Syfy, Universal Cable Studios, and USA Network, which remained the #1 cable network for a record-breaking 12 years. At NBCU, I held various roles; Sr. Designer, Art Director and Creative Director, Creative Director: Creative Lead.
Currently, I am consulting as an art director and UX designer for AT&T's digital team. In this role, I develop content and UX experiences for their wireless, internet, optimization, and device launch pods (Apple, Samsung, Google device launches).
I have owned 50+ campaigns (with all with large scale shoots) from concept to post-production. Directed some killer spots. Built a design studio inside NBCU that saved us money, increased productivity, and kept USA Network’s programming at #1 for 10+ years. I’ve also won 20+ top industry awards and been nominated for many more.
Additionally, I have worked as a design + branding consultant for several brands; apparel, fashion houses, educational projects, finance, and new business pitches.
